One click to join your conference calls

Use the Microsoft Outlook® calendar to connect to a conference with just one click. In addition, also your participants can join that simple by clicking the link in each invitation e-mail.

Usage with the BlackBerry® Enterprise Server

To simplify matters, you can also roll out the app with the BlackBerry® Enterprise Server. Furthermore, all data and settings will be saved on a central location. In case of lost mobile devices it’s easy to recover all the information.

Choose the participants directly from your address book and select between dial-in or dial-out.

Instant notifications

Right after you’ve booked your concerence call, all participants will receive an e-mail providing further information. In case no e-mail address is available, you can also invite participants via short message service to any mobile phone number.

Use your personal organiser for a quick overview, including date and access codes, and start your conference on time with just one single click.
