Your iPhone™ is a good way to have an overview always with you. If you book a conference call it will automaticaly appear in your calendar and your device will remind you as soon as your call is going to start.

One click to join your conference call

Use this message or the direct link in your conference details to connect to a running conference with just one click. In addition, your participants can also do so by clicking the link in each invitation e-mail or SMS.

Security

For security reasons only logins for participants will be displayed in the calender entry and the respective invitation e-mail. Of course, each code for each participant should be visible if you share this appointment or forward the e-mail.
Authentication is safe, fast and easy with your own unique user name and password combination.

Use your iPhone™ to book a conference call

Choose the participants directly from your address book and select between dial-in (self-initiated) or dial-out (initiated by our system) calls.

Instant notifications

Right after you’ve booked your conference call, all participants will receive an e-mail providing further information. In case no e-mail address is available, you can also invite participants via short message service to any mobile phone number.

Personal organiser

Use your personal organiser for a quick overview, including date and access codes, and start your conference on time with just one single click.
