Right after you’ve booked your concerence call, all participants will receive an e-mail providing further information. In case no e-mail address is available, you can also invite participants via short message service to any mobile phone number.
Any changes you do in Microsoft Outlook®, e. g. number of participants, date or time, will be taken over right away so your overview is always up to date.
