The Microsoft Outlook® add-in is a useful enhencement to combine our reliable call and web services with the familiar look and feel of Microsoft Outlook®. Book your conference calls, use the scheduler to change details and manage your appointments via drag and drop – it couldn’t be easier.

Instant notifications

Right after you’ve booked your concerence call, all participants will receive an e-mail providing further information. In case no e-mail address is available, you can also invite participants via short message service to any mobile phone number.

Updating your account

Any changes you do in Microsoft Outlook®, e. g. number of participants, date or time, will be taken over right away so your overview is always up to date.
